I moved there in 2009 and now there is a new management and a new crew. The property is great, looks a lot nicer. People keep their patio neat, maintenance is attentive when issues arrive . . . IF THEY KEEP IT UP, ITS A GREAT AFFORDABLE PLACE TO LIVE IN! Especially with black modern appliances and with cream-color walls -which I love - makes it feel inside like a luxury apartment.

The one thing I like most about this place is the space and landscape. I enjoy walking so this apt complex offers the space that I haven't seen anywhere.
